Golf isn’t just a hobby, it’s a passion. And when golfers buy gear, they don’t want the generic big-box experience. They go to specialty shops, pro shops, or directly to the makers and brands who genuinely live this sport. But online?

Today’s options feel like the Dick’s Sporting Goods of the internet – huge marketplaces selling everything and specializing in nothing. We think golfers deserve better. We think creators and small brands deserve better. And we think the golf community should support the golf community.

That’s why we created The Hackers Golf Shop,  a marketplace dedicated to golf first creators, small businesses, and independent brands who make the gear golfers actually want.

Who We Are

I’ve been golfing since I was nine years old. I grew up playing competitively, but as happens to so many young golfers, I burned out at the start of college and took a decade long hiatus from the game. Since picking it back up a few years ago, nothing makes me happier than getting out on the course with my buddies. Turns out, when your playing golf for fun, it’s, well, more fun! Off the course, I’m a software engineer with 10+ years of experience in big tech and startups, building reliable, secure platforms that scale.

My partner is newer to the game (and currently deep in the addiction phase), but brings 10+ years of experience managing retail shops. They know product, operations, inventory, and what makes a customer hit “Add to Cart.”

Together, we blend two worlds:
golf obsession + real operational expertise.
